In several cases, I built the final recordings around a rough mix MP3 file, since the original files were lost in a hard disk crash (I firmly believe that hard disk crashes are the drugs/alcohol/"creative differences" of modern music. Well, except, of course, for the standard drugs, alcohol and "creative differences...).

- Breaking news: I'll be writing the soundtrack to an old-skool point-and-click computer adventure game! Bonus news: I'll be writing the game, too!
